Student speaker series launches to educate Gen Z on the workplace
We spoke to nearly 800 high school students last week at an event hosted by Blackman High School in Murfreesboro, TN. The marketing and business students had the opportunity to learn about entering the work place and what they can expect.
With business structures changing so rapidly, we felt this was a great opportunity to introduce this group of students on Open Org models. If we can prepare them prior to entering the workforce, we believe we can help to set the right expectations about how to integrate.
With our focus on generational literacy and open models, we were able to speak directly to this generation to help provide them with information to make informed decisions about their careers. – Jen Kelchner
