The Challenge
The European Commission’s Directorate-General for Informatics (DIGIT) faced a critical challenge: defining the workplace of the future within a rapidly evolving digital landscape.
With staff from across the EU’s member states, DIGIT needed to create a cohesive, open culture that would enable cross-collaboration and innovation, both within the Commission and across member states.
DIGIT sought to empower its leaders with the knowledge and tools necessary to navigate these changes and to create a unified approach to digital transformation that could be rolled out across the EU.
Red Hat, recognizing the importance of this initiative, brought us on board to deliver a bespoke Masterclass series on the Future of Work, designed to equip DIGIT’s leadership with the skills to drive open culture and collaborative efforts.
