We’re in a new era (or at least the early days of a new chapter)—not just a new period in our technological history, but also a new paradigm for how people work and contribute to solving problems. One significant challenge I’ve found in working with leaders is that most organizations are not designed to adapt—let alone thrive—in this new era.
Recent years have demonstrated a strong need for safety and high-trust environments in the workplace. As LDR21 continues to consult with organizations and construct its Open Index, it is realizing that organizational leaders are keen to address this issue of trust in their organizations.
Open will shape the foundation of the society that we’re bringing forward in the new paradigm. From business to education, to how we interact as citizens. All of these things will be shifting based on these five open principles as a foundational level.
